Everyone’s having a great time this week as I’ve been introducing to you fresh faces in the Fashion Industry. Well hold on to your keyboard because there’s more excitement coming your way!
Today, is for those of you that feel me when I say that I’m sooooooo tired of seeing the same clothes over and over and over again! What can’t designers do something new? Why can’t they get just a little bit more creative? Let’s all together say, “Please make something that I’m excited to wear!”
Well, after all that venting, I have got just the guy for you! His collection is a breath of fresh air to the fashion industry. Today, I introduce you to Jasper David Barnes and his phenomenal collection, Piida Diida!
Biography
Jasper D. Barnes is the Chairmen, Founder and Chief Designer of Piida Diida Inc. Mr. Barnes retired from the United States Navy with twenty years of dedicated services. While in the Navy, Mr. Barnes’ primary duties, although not limited to, consisted of: Management, planning, organizing and control maintenance on all assigned support equipment in compliance with policy. Mr. Barnes brings many years of discipline, leadership and commitment to this company. His journey has taken him all over the world. After the military, Mr. Barnes pursued his lifelong passion. He attended The Miami International University of Art & Design where he majored in fashion design. He also landed an internship with designer Ash Rana and attended Micro Business School in Miami, FL. Mr. Barnes worked briefly with a small startup company, Pro-fx Sports Inc., as Assistant Chief Designer. In order to take his passion to another level, Mr. Barnes created a clothing line that is designed to have a global appeal without age being the defining factor. The style is unique, edgy, and skillfully mixes intellectual, eccentric, elegance with futuristic minimalism and multicultural inspiration blended with a sexy and chic outlook that is new and trendy. He calls it Piida Diida.
