Fashion Designers Expo Florida hits the runway on 10.29-31.09 and is casting for models to participate in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month benefiting Susan G. Komen For the Cure MIA|FTL (www.komenmiaftl.org).  Models will strut down the runway for top emerging designers introducing the next era of fashion in front of press/media, celebs, and VIP’s !

Watch the casting live and enjoy the process of becoming a model, watch your friends work the runway, or be entertained by the crazy atmosphere in the Fashion World.

FASHION DESIGNERS EXPO FLORIDA casts for Male and Female Models of all shapes and sizes.  Underage models must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all castings, fittings, and shows.  Compensation for models includes being a supporter of Susan G. Komen For the Cure, amazing exposure, various photos of shows, fashion show and modeling experience, business networking, gift bags, access into all shows and after parties (age restrictions may apply), and the time of your life as you “Let the Runway Meet the Cause”

Aspiring models who’ve participated in FDE Florida have launched their careers successfully since the shows.  Some models have moved to New York to start modeling careers.  Some have landed jobs with Sean John and other big name labels.  Some have done photo shoots for a Macy’s ad campaign.  Some have worked fashion shows in Miami “non-stop” since FDE Florida.  We know that you will be seen by many.  It’s a privilege to be chosen as an FDE Florida Model.  Good luck at the castings!

The moment we have all been waiting for is almost here!  The 2009 Fashion Designers Expo Florida hits the runways of South Florida on Thursday October 29th - Saturday October 31st.

Emerging Industry Fashion Week is the biggest event for the hottest new designers, models, make up artists, stylists, hair stylists, and fashionistas.  You don’t want to miss this year as it benefits Susan G. Komen For the Cure Miami|Ft. Lauderdale.

Volunteering to ”Let the Runway Meet the Cause” at 2009 Fashion Designers Expo Florida will benefit Susan G. Komen For the Cure Miami/FTL | www.komenmiaftl.org

Open casting for Male and Female models of all shapes and sizes!
Under 18yoa MUST be present with a parent/guardian.
Models may come to the casting anytime in between the hours given.
Bring normal casting information (pics, heels, etc.)
Models chosen may be used for runway, photo shoots, hostessing, mannequin modeling, promo models, and more during the event.
